Dual Carriage Auto Re-Stripe via Camera Paint Truck (Full-Size Paint Truck) 
This system consists of hardware and software to re-stripe existing pavement markings in the same location in an automatic mode via cameras while driving the vehicle. This system will have cameras on both sides of the vehicle and will include all cameras and full carriage movement systems to control paint guns on and off automatically, with manual override capabilities. This system can re-stripe pavement markings as guided by cameras on both sides at the same time, with control in the front cab. Skill and appropriate experience are required to operate a paint truck, but the automation makes the task easier and safer for the driver.

Product Features

• Automatically control both carriages and all paint and glass bead guns to allow re-stripe of worn single, double or skip lines.
• Specify stripe width, skip and cycle length, or re-stripe as existing.
• Measure stripe width and automatically paint wider lines over old narrow markings.
• Automatically record footage painted and re-stripe in areas that are worn. All control algorithms are processed on the truck in real-time.

LifeMark®-300 Installation Procedures for an Existing Paint Truck
A visit is typically required to survey the truck and to propose location choices for each component. Once options are finalized, drawings are completed and shared for final approval. Custom parts are ordered based on the truck requirements. The assembly time required for the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components is dependent on truck and customer requirements.

This system consists of hardware and software to record pavement marking location in a semi-automatic mode via cameras while driving the vehicle. It will re-stripe existing pavement markings in the same location in an automatic mode via cameras while driving the vehicle. 

This system will include all GPS hardware, cameras, and full carriage movement systems to control paint guns on and off automatically, with manual override capabilities. This system can re-stripe pavement markings as guided by cameras on both sides at the same time. It will place layout marks as guided by GPS; control is in the front cab. Skill and appropriate experience are required to operate a paint truck, but the automation makes the task easier and safer for the driver.
