Product Overview
AI + Camera-Based Line Recognition
The LifeMark®-300 uses high-resolution cameras to scan the roadway and identify existing pavement markings. This vision-based system evaluates the position and condition of lines in real time, enabling precise lateral tracking and consistent re-striping.
Fully Automated Paint & Carriage Control
An onboard computer manages the alignment of the paint carriage and the activation of paint guns with remarkable accuracy. The system calculates optimal gun timing and carriage positioning based on what the cameras detect, reducing human error and maintaining consistent results across a variety of road conditions.
Three Operational Modes for Flexibility
Operators can choose between Full Auto Mode (fully automated detection and painting), Semi-Auto Mode (automated detection with manual confirmation or presets), or Manual Mode (complete operator control). This gives crews the flexibility to adapt instantly to challenging environments, faded lines, or unexpected field conditions.
